My responsibilities

• Support Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining the quality and standards
• Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory
• Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates
• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes
• Ensure product displays are consumer focused and “shoppable”
• Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers

About the WiCS Mentorship program

"Undergrad mentees will be grouped with 2-3 fellow mentees and guided by 2 mentors. For grad mentees, you will be paired up 1:1 with a mentor. You will get the chance to receive academic/career guidance, tips about SFU, and meet other students! The program will spread across the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters. The program is hybrid and runs for 2 semesters starting from the Fall term and ending in the Spring term."
